Student Council



Student Council is a group of elected freshmen, sophomore, junior and senior student representatives from Fort LeBoeuf High School. Their goal is to be the "voice" of the entire student bodies concerns and opinions.  They also strive to provide school and community leadership through many activities and volunteer work.

Students have the opportunity to hold the positions as president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer.  Any high school student is welcome to run as a representative for student council each year.

Meetings:  Student council meets every Wednesday during activity period. 

Get Involved

Activities/Events:

   Student Council Members...

  • put on Homecoming and the many festivities that surround it.  They also organize several of the Christmas activities.
  • raise money for scholarships at Waterford Heritage Days with the Dunk Tank booth.
  • conduct an annual Spring Academic Barbeque for those students who have achieved honor roll status throughout the school year as well as teachers, staff and community members.
  • volunteer their time to clean-up the Waterford Park as well as maintenance the Washington Park and Fort LeBoeuf's Museum.
  • utilize their raised funds to better our school by purchasing needed equipment and sponsoring projects such as the Academic Showcase that's located across from the library.
